Below is the list of charges that will be in force on 18 December 2019 in case of late registration.

1. Transfer of Shares:
Any transfer of shares of a private company with a share capital shall be notified to the Registrar of Companies within fourteen (14) days from the registration of this transfer.
- Penalty fees for late submission: 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
2. Change of director and secretary:
The period within which the said notification of a change is to be sent shall be fourteen (14) days from the date thereof.
- Penalty fees for late submission: 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
3. Change of registered office:
Notice of the situation of the registered office, and of any change therein, shall be given within fourteen (14) days after the date of change.
- Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
4. Allotment of shares:
A company limited by shares or a company limited by guarantee and having a share capital makes any allotment of its shares, the company shall within one (1) month thereafter deliver to the registrar of companies for registration.
- Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
5. Submission of the annual return:
The annual return shall be submitted for registration within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of its creation.
- Penalty fees for late submission: 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day for the first six (6) months and 2.00 Euro for each day after the infringement date with maximum amount 500.00 Euro

1. Change of Work Place:
Notice of the situation of the work place, and of any change therein, shall be given within seven (7) days after the date of change.
- Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
2. Appointment, pause or amendment of the partner’s details:
The period within which the said notification of a change is to be sent shall be seven (7) days from the date thereof.
- Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
3. Submission of the annual return:
The annual return shall be submitted for registration within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of its creation.

2. Appointment, resignation or amendment of the details of its officers:
The period within which the said notification of a change is to be sent shall be fourteen (14) days from the date thereof.
- Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
3.Appointment, resignation of the authorised person or amendment of their details:
The period within which the said notification of a change is to be sent shall be fifteen (15) days from the date thereof. Penalty fees for late submission : 50.00 Euro stamps and 1.00 Euro charge per day with maximum amount 250.00 Euro
