The Certificate of Incumbency is a letter/certificate normally issued by the company’s secretary verifying the Company’s current status.
The Certificate of Incumbency indicates the main information of the company, namely when the company was incorporated and the current structure. This includes the country of registration, the registered office address and information on the directors and shareholders.
