If you require a company with a few months or years existence already behind it, a “readymade” or “aged” company is for you.
Our readymade and aged companies offer a Company Name and Registration Number, which can be used immediately. Those of our readymade and aged companies that have not traded are supplied with a *Certificate of Non-Trading; those that have a trading history are Issued with a **Certificate of No Assets or Liabilities. These provide you with peace of mind against the existence of any unknown liabilities.
* A Certificate of Non–trading is a certificate signed by the current Company Secretary stating that the company has not traded or incurred any liabilities prior to it being transferred to you.
**A Certificate of No Assets or Liabilities is a certificate signed by the current Company Secretary stating that the company has no assets or liabilities or obligations, whether secured or unsecured, accrued, determined, absolute or contingent, asserted or unasserted or otherwise.
